  • Compiling individual employment contracts
  • Writing addendums for individual employment contracts (salary changes, job changes, quota etc)
  • Setting up and updating the general registry of employees
  • Issuing salary certificates at the request of the employees
  • Payroll (including calculation of holiday leave, sick leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, leave of absence, taxes, contributions for both the employee and employer)
  • Keeping in contact with Romanian authorities and meeting their requirements
